Please note that this is a conference-driven event. The exhibit hall is open during the hours listed below. The dedicated viewing times reflect those times when there is a break in the conference session rooms.

Tuesday, March 11
Exhibit hall open from 9:30am – 6:00pm
9:30 – 10:15am Grand Opening Refreshment Break
2:55 – 3:40pm Refreshment Break
5:00 – 6:00pm Welcome Reception
Wednesday, March 12
Exhibit hall open from 10:40am – 4:05pm
10:40 – 11:25am Coffee Break
1:00 – 2:00pm Lunch in the Exhibit Hall
3:35 – 4:05pm Dessert Break
4:05 – 7:00pm Exhibit Dismantle

*EARLY BREAK-DOWN: Exhibitors may only breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Sponsor. Exhibitors that break-down prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early break-down penalty fee of $500 to the Sponsor.
